Yes. We will fully refund your money if you have a MOBILE PREPAID or EXECUTIVE account, have less than ten messages sent and are not satisfied with the service. If you have more than ten messages sent we can do a refund of your remaining balance.
You can cancel MOBILE ECO and MOBILE EDGE accounts anytime.
