I did not receive my activation email. What should I do?

Please use your username and password and login. A window will open and give you the option to have your activation link re-sent or your email address changed.
Please make sure to add service[ at ]my-cool-sms.com and my.cool.sms[ at ]gmail.com to your whitelist if your email account is using a spam filter.
If this doesn't solve your problem, please contact us directly.
