What are roaming charges?

A cell phone that is located abroad and connected to a foreign mobile network is roaming. Sending SMS text messages from a roaming device is typically much more expensive than using it your the home network. Both, your home network on the one hand side, and the host network on the other hand side will charge you additional fees for making the service available abroad.
My-Cool-SMS does not implement any roaming charges at all and it doesn't make a difference from where you send texts and whether the target cell phone is currently located abroad. The price is always the same and considerably less expensive than conventional mobile network fees.
